R. S. Howard

The R. S. Howard Piano Company was founded in New York City in 1902 and became one of the larger American exporters of pianos to Central and South America. In the 1920s it was sold to the Janssen Piano Company of New York, which kept building pianos under the R. S. Howard name until shortly before World War II.
