Acoustigrande
Acoustigrande was a line of compact pianos built by Chickering Brothers of Chicago, a firm founded by Clifford Chickering in 1892 and unrelated to Chickering & Sons of Boston. The instruments were designed to give as much tone as possible from a small case. The American Piano Company bought Chickering Brothers and the Acoustigrande name around 1924–25, and the line ended about 1927.
