Delete your Tune In Time account
For the Tune In Time: Piano Tuner app on iPhone and Android
In the app
Open the app, go to Settings, then Account, and tap Delete account. Confirm, and the account is deleted right away, on our server and on your phone. If you signed in with Apple, iOS asks you to confirm once more.
Without the app
Email selihay@yahoo.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply to confirm. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us the relay address Apple shows in your Apple ID settings.
What is deleted
Your account (email address, name, and the link to your Apple or Google sign-in), and everything stored with it: your pianos, health checks, tunings and the links you shared. Shared report pages stop working at once.
The data is removed from our database immediately. Copies in our daily backups are overwritten within 14 days.
What is not affected
Premium purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Anonymous usage statistics and crash reports aren't linked to your account. You can turn them off in the app's Settings.
Tuning bookings made on tuneintime.com are separate from the app account. To delete one, ask in the same email.
